Many Christians desire to act as responsible citizens but are uncertain how to do so in a truly Christian manner. This series will help. It uses concrete, real-world examples to explore basic biblical principles for guiding our responses to often difficult public policy issues such as poverty, terrorism, and AIDS in Africa. It is based on Steve Monsma’s book, Healing for a Broken World: Christian Perspectives on Public Policy and can be used either alone or in conjunction with the book. Though primarily intended for class and church group discussion, the video series is also valuable for individual reflection and growth. This video features Richard Mouw, president of Fuller Theological Seminary. Many other Christian scholars and public policy experts area also featured, such as Richard Cizik, John Dilulio, Robert Seiple, and Jennifer Butler. Every day Christians also share their stories and perspectives.
