We are Blake and Travis, the owners of Rooted and Grounded—a wall decor company selling traditional Christian wall art and scripture. Our testimony shares the journey of stepping out in faith to start our business. We met at Bible College in 2006, began our first business in Fort Myers, Florida, and over time experienced both growth and a period of visionlessness. In 2016, inspired by our pastor’s teaching, we felt led to move to Georgia and expand our business. Through trusting God with every decision—from selling our old business to leasing and eventually buying a new building—we experienced His provision and breakthrough. We share our story to encourage fellow believers to trust God with their money and take courageous steps in their entrepreneurial journey.

After being laid off, I faced overwhelming financial pressure with bills piling up and a pending expensive vacation. I received divine instructions not to apply for jobs, and through faith, I experienced a miraculous turnaround. God intervened by providing funds exactly when I needed them—covering my car insurance, car payment, and other expenses. His provision transformed my crisis into a testimony of His faithfulness and restoration.
In this testimony I share the wild journey of my wilderness season—a period of deep uncertainty, emotional struggles, and job rejections that left me feeling lost. At my breaking point, I sought God’s clarity and trusted Him completely. Despite quitting a full-time job and facing countless rejections while applying for new positions, I leaned on prayer and the promises in Isaiah 40:31. Through a season of waiting and faithful persistence, God not only provided a breakthrough with two potential job opportunities but also transformed my perspective on purpose and finances. My story is meant to encourage you: when you put God first and trust in His timing, even the most daunting challenges are met with His divine provision.

Today they have a fresh revelation of the prosperity scriptures found in the Word, and in believing God to receive what He promised His children—but it wasn’t always that way.
At first, Jonas and Robin were skeptical of what others called the “Name it and claim it” teaching. But then, through some divine relationships, they began to listen to the teaching of Kenneth and Gloria Copeland. They studied it out and discovered what the Copelands were teaching wasn’t heresy or greed; it was truth clearly outlined in Scripture…and its goal was to reach the world with God’s love.
What finally changed everything for the Bohlins was discovering the true reason for prosperity: So the blessed could be a blessing! “I began to see why wealth, money and prosperity were so important,” says Robin. “When I began to hear the Word of Faith message, I saw that you have to have wealth. Suddenly, not only did Jonas’ and Robin’s minds change on the matter of prosperity, but they found their actions following suit. Today, when the Holy Spirit moves on their hearts, they find themselves giving to others like never before.
