Summary

My name is Leticia and I want to share how my life was completely turned around by Christ. I used to live a life full of partying, going out with a non-Christian boyfriend, and trying hard to pull him into my faith. I eventually realized that trying to force someone who isn’t willing only creates pain and conflict. At a point, I had to let go, even though it meant losing someone I once treasured. That decision brought on loneliness and heartache as I struggled with the emptiness that came from putting anyone before God. In the midst of all this, I experienced a powerful conviction from the Holy Spirit. I was led to a season of deep prayer and fasting, which renewed my spirit and reoriented my priorities. Now, I am living a life that is on fire for the Lord—leading, singing, and working hard to honor Him. My testimony is a reminder to every believer that true transformation happens when you let go of worldly ties and put God first.

Summary

I’m Tessa, and in the spring of 2018, I was at a low point—feeling deeply discouraged and overwhelmed by my circumstances. Then I was introduced to Revive Our Hearts through a radio clip, and that moment changed everything. I reached out and soon connected with Linda Carullo, whose story and the support of her husband, Dave, offered me hope and practical help during my difficult season. They not only provided a place to stay but also ministered to me with genuine care, reminding me of God’s covenant love and the promise of restoration. Their friendship and guidance helped me rediscover my identity in Christ, and today I walk in hope and thrive in my relationship with Him.

When Tessa met Linda Carullo through the Revive Partner Facebook group, she had no idea the impact Linda and Linda’s husband, Dave, would make on her life in the midst of a challenging season. From providing a place to stay to ministering to Tessa through their own story, Linda and Dave offered hope and encouragement—and it all began with becoming Revive Partners.

Summary

We’re Tom and Christen Keller. We grew up in Lancaster, moved away for several years, and then returned. When we started attending the Manheim Campus of LCBC, we felt immediately at home. We enjoyed the larger church setting but quickly realized that true connection happens in a life group. For the past four years, we’ve been leading a life group, a place where people can connect outside of regular church services and walk through the joys and losses of life together. Our experience has shown us just how valuable it is to do life with others.

Summary

My name is Richard Brad Dixon and this is my unseen story. I was born to parents who loved God and were active in the church, yet my childhood was marked by frequent moves and the deep pain of my parents’ divorce. As I grew up, the brokenness in my family and the ensuing chaos left me questioning my worth and the truth of my faith. I experienced the sting of separation, the struggle of a failed marriage, and the emotional numbness that followed. In the midst of this turmoil, a church encounter with my mom opened my eyes to the transformative power of God. At an Easter service, overwhelmed by His love and presence, I broke down and repented, experiencing a turning point that restored my hope. Today, I share my testimony to encourage anyone battling similar trials that no matter what you’ve done, Jesus’ arms are wide open to heal and restore.

Summary

I am Todd King, chief of police, and along with Pastor Bill Kearney, I testify about our journey to build unity in our community. Faced with deep divisions and tension—exacerbated by recent unrest—we sought the Lord’s guidance to open honest dialogue between police and church leaders. Through humility and divine intervention, our hearts were transformed and conflict turned into trust and collaboration. I give glory to Jesus alone for making true reconciliation and lasting unity possible.

Summary

I share my personal journey of opening my heart and home to the homeless. In my daily routine, I witness how the Spirit places neighbors right on my street—in parks, on street corners. Although I can’t always offer financial help, I make time to sit with them, listen to their stories, and pray with them. Over time, these interactions have transformed my perspective, breaking down my guard and replacing fear with compassion. This testimony is a reminder that loving your neighbor is not just a duty, but a blessing that brings hope and restoration into our lives through Jesus.

Summary

Hi, I’m Greg O’Neill. I’m a chiropractor who attends LCBC in Manheim with my wife and three children. In my testimony, I share how a special movie event—complete with a Spider-Man theme and New York City décor—became the catalyst for reconnecting with my family. After inviting my parents, who hadn’t been to church in years, I witnessed their hesitant yet transformative response. From my dad’s whispered recognition of his favorite movie, Rudy, to unexpected comments from Pastor Jason Mitchell, that day opened up fresh conversations about church. This experience not only deepened my family’s connection but also affirmed that church outreach can bring about lasting spiritual renewal.

My name is Doug Bender and I want to share my journey from deep loneliness to discovering that God is the true friend I always needed. In today’s social media world, “friends” come and go with each passing day. We collect vast numbers and mass communicate with them via a keypad. In many ways they are just names in a directory.

Having true friends is much more complicated, especially during those critical school years. Doug Bender’s perceived lack of friends growing up greatly impacted his life. In his I am Second film, Doug remembers the scarring that took place during his search for friends, and how he finally discovered the key to understanding friendship.
