Summary

My name is Jen and I want to share how I thought Jesus didn’t want me – until I experienced Him at an Encounter Retreat. I’m originally from Queens, New York, and after following Freddy’s testimony on de la Fe, I felt compelled to come to Alvin, Texas despite an injury and financial challenges. At the retreat, I struggled with insecurity and doubt, but when I needed healing most, I experienced a powerful moment of forgiveness and divine love—especially when a kind hug from a sister in Christ made me feel as if God Himself embraced me. Then, I saw Jesus come to me and say, ‘I see you, my child,’ which confirmed that I am worthy. This encounter transformed my heart, erased my doubts, and encouraged me to follow the voice of God. I now urge anyone hesitating to seek Jesus to experience His love for themselves.
