Hi, I’m Megan, 24 years old from Minnesota. I grew up in a broken home—an emotionally neglectful mother, an absent alcoholic father, and even experienced sexual abuse and molestation as a child. This left me with a shattered identity and deep self-loathing, pushing me into destructive relationships and a constant inner battle with depression and demonic voices urging me to end my life. Although I went to church as a teenager, I never truly felt God’s presence because of legalistic messages and hypocrisy. My life hit rock bottom as I spiraled into isolation and despair, until one fateful Thursday morning when, overwhelmed by pain, I broke down in the shower and prayed for help. At that very moment, a powerful prayer in a discipleship class—led by a stranger who cared enough to pray for me—brought an overwhelming encounter with Jesus. In that instant, I experienced complete freedom from the darkness that had consumed me. Today, I travel the world proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ, testifying that He transformed my life from worthlessness into a secure identity as a daughter of the King.

Hearing what the Lord has done in Megan’s life will leave you in tears! She was a depressed, lonely girl who was not only in an abusive relationship that left her in a perpetual cycle of self-loathing – she was also hearing demonic voices telling her to end her life.

Her sister led her back to church and a discipleship class, which Megan thought was a cult, until one night when a man she had never met before who was apart of the class prayed for her. Megan says that all it took was that prayer for her to experience total freedom, and in that moment she knew Jesus was real and gave her life to him.

Now, Megan travels the world proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ.
