My name is Nala, a 22-year-old from Somalia. I discovered a YouTube channel of Somali Christians which sparked my journey towards faith. As I engaged with them and read the Bible, I felt peace in my heart despite my family’s suspicion. I faced severe persecution and attempts to cure apostasy, being beaten and locked up. With the help of Christian friends, I fled the country, feeling exhausted and shaken. I questioned God in my pain, but He reminded me of His help in my escape, reaffirming my faith. My testimony is a journey from Islam to Christ, overcoming adversity through faith in Jesus.
