Summary

We are Adam and Brooke, both 26, sharing our joint testimony of how Jesus Christ saved us. I, Brooke from Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and Adam from New Jersey, each had our own spiritual struggles—pursuing New Age practices and Islam respectively. Our lives spiraled into darkness: Adam experienced a terrifying demonic possession that led to a lifelong psychiatric diagnosis, while I was deeply involved in tarot, yoga, and other New Age rituals. Through countless hours of prayer, heartfelt repentance, and seeking the truth in the Bible, we both encountered the saving power of Jesus. Our lives were radically transformed when we came to know Him together, breaking free from demonic oppression and the false spiritual systems that once dominated our lives.

Brooke noticed Adam began to spiral the more he studied the surahs, until eventually one night when he actually became totally demon-possessed, trying to rip out his own eyes and throw himself down the stairs. This led to Adam’s “lifelong” psychiatric diagnosis that experts said he would never be free of…
